From the exquisite and meticulous dining experiences in Dubai, the warm and boisterous eateries of the Mediterranean and the Baltic shores of Finland, owner Vanessa Rose has spent the last 15 years working and travelling around the world searching for the perfect balance between décor and dish.
And from the flavours of those experiences, she imagined the eating experience people want most.
Her dream has now become a reality as Con Brio Bistro opens its doors.

The small plate selections are designed to be shared by the table, creating an interactive, relaxed style of eating, and reasonable prices are designed to keep you coming back for more.
The tight-knit group in the kitchen is led by Head Chef Edward Serfontein, whose classic approach to fresh, local ingredients being the star of the dish is the driving force behind the sublime flavours that come off the stove. Choose from the white wine and basil scented mussel pot or the deep fried gnocci in a light Gorgonzola cream. Or the smoked salmon and pancetta salad and house made beef burger with cheddar cheese. There is something for every palate.
